1. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed in this store by a consumer, meaning a person buying for purposes outside their trade or business. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
2. Products
We sell the RUNE ONE red light therapy cap, the digital guide The Hair Protocol, and bundles of both. We describe them as accurately as we can. Results vary from person to person, hair growth takes months, and we cannot promise a specific result.
3. Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order because of a pricing error, a stock problem or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, or in your local currency where we offer it, and include VAT. Shipping within Europe is free. Payment is taken when you order, by the methods shown at checkout. See Shipping and payment.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and countries are on the Shipping and payment page. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.
6. Withdrawal and guarantee
You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. On top of that we give a 90-day money-back guarantee. Details are in Returns and refunds.
7. Digital content
The Hair Protocol is digital content, emailed straight after payment. At checkout you ask us to deliver it immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for the guide once delivery has started. If you return the cap under the 90-day guarantee, we refund the guide too.
8. Warranty and complaints
The cap has a 24-month warranty from delivery. Claims and complaints are handled as described in Returns and refunds, and we resolve them within 30 days.
9. Health and safety
RUNE ONE is a light therapy device for personal use on the scalp. It does not replace medical advice and we do not claim it diagnoses, treats or cures any disease. Talk to your doctor before use if you have a scalp or skin condition, a history of skin cancer, are pregnant, or take medication that makes your skin sensitive to light. Stop using it if you feel irritation or discomfort. Do not shine the lights into your eyes, do not use a damaged cap or cable, and keep it away from children.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury and your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or losses we could not reasonably foresee when you ordered.
11. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logo and the guide belong to us or our licensors. The guide is for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
12. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy notice.
13. Law and disputes
Swiss law applies, but if you live in the EU or another country you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. Please write to us first so we can fix the problem. You can also contact the consumer dispute body in your country.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to your order.
