Privacy notice

What we collect and why
- Order data (name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, what you bought): to deliver your order, send the guide and handle returns and warranty. Basis: contract.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We only receive confirmation of payment, never your full card details. Basis: contract.
- Support emails: to answer you. Basis: contract and legitimate interest.
- Accounting records (invoices, order records): kept because the law requires it. Basis: legal obligation.
- Fraud prevention (IP address, basic device data). Basis: legitimate interest.
- Marketing emails: only if you sign up or tick the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Basis: consent.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: only if you accept them. Basis: consent.
Who receives it
Our store platform (Shopify), payment providers, carriers and fulfilment partners, email and analytics tools, and our accountant. Some partners may be outside the EU/EEA, including in China. In that case transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or, for delivering your order, on the need to perform our contract with you. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records: as long as tax law requires, up to 10 years under Swiss law. Support emails: up to 3 years after the last contact. Marketing: until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
Essential cookies run the store (cart, checkout, security). Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
Children
Our store is not meant for people under 18.
