Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order within Europe. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Processing and delivery
We dispatch orders within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 working days after dispatch. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. The guide is emailed straight after payment.
Where we ship
We deliver to all countries of the European Union.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, or it arrives damaged, email us at itsrune.shop@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We will send a replacement or refund you, your choice.

Payment is taken when you place your order, in euros or in your local currency where we offer it. Prices include VAT and your invoice arrives by email. Payments are handled by a secured payment provider, so we never see or store your card details.
