90-day money-back guarantee
You have 90 days from delivery to try the cap. If it is not for you, email itsrune.shop@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Send the cap back with the remote, USB-C cable and manual, in reasonable condition (normal use is fine). Once it arrives we refund the cap and the guide in full to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU you may also withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly by email and send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your notice, and may wait until the goods are back with us or you show proof of dispatch. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the product. The right does not apply to the guide once delivery has started with your consent (see Terms and conditions).
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Email us with your order number and photos. We pay the return shipping and send a replacement or refund you.
24-month warranty
The cap is covered by a 24-month warranty from delivery against defects that existed at delivery. Email us with your order number and a description of the fault (photos or a short video help). We will repair, replace or refund, and we pay return shipping. We resolve every claim within 30 days. Normal wear and tear and damage from misuse are not covered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
